Interactive demo

A people-ops cockpit that answers its own questions.

The layout follows the conversational-analytics pattern: every tile, row and form on the dashboard is a question waiting to be asked. Ask it, and the answer is generated as a working interface rather than a paragraph.

Mock data

Interface ready

Every panel on the left is a question. Click one — the answer arrives as a generated interface.

A scripted provider answers from a fixed HR dataset. The component library, the OpenUI system prompt and the streaming renderer are real; no model is called.

Start with one of these

Behind the build

The dashboard is the index of everything you can ask.

No detail pages. A click on a row writes the question that row represents, and the agent decides which components answer it.

Ask wrappers

Every element on the dashboard is a button with the question in its accessible name. Keyboard and screen readers get the same affordance as a mouse.

One component contract

Thirteen HR components — Screen, Grid, Metric, Table, Person, Request, Steps, LeaveForm — are defined once and used both to prompt the model and to render its answer.

Form to queue

Submitting the leave form sends the request back through the same stream, and the next view shows it as pending. The loop closes inside the demo.

What this demonstrates

  • A dashboard where every panel is a question, not a dead end
  • Answers arrive as a component tree: metrics, tables, lists, forms
  • One library renders whatever the model writes, while it streams
  • The leave form submits into the same approval queue it describes

What it does not

  • Call a live language model — a scripted provider answers
  • Touch a real HRIS, payroll or calendar system
  • Contain real employee data — the firm is fictional
  • Book leave or approve anything without a person

Try this first

Ask who is out this week, then submit the leave form at the bottom of the answer. The request comes back as a pending approval.

Next step

Want this on your own HR data?

Start with one workflow — leave, onboarding or hiring — and one approval gate. The rest is integration, not invention.
