Legal
Terms, in plain language.
This summary is written for clarity, not as legal advice, and has not been drafted by counsel. Contracts are prepared per engagement, with jurisdiction-specific terms added where required.
This website
Content on this site is provided for information. Prices shown are indicative ranges for a defined scope; the proposal and signed agreement govern any engagement.
Demonstrations are labelled as demonstrations. Nothing on this site should be read as a client testimonial, a verified outcome or a performance guarantee.
Scope and change
Every engagement has a written scope listing deliverables, exclusions, timeline and acceptance criteria.
Work outside that scope is estimated and approved in writing before it begins. Verbal requests do not change the scope.
Payment
Project and pilot work is billed 50% upfront, 30% at the agreed milestone and 20% on acceptance, unless the proposal states otherwise.
Managed services are billed monthly in advance, with a stated usage allowance. Usage beyond the allowance, third-party licences and advertising spend are billed separately.
AI outputs
Language models can produce incorrect output. We design systems to reduce that risk — retrieval from approved sources, citations, explicit 'not found' behaviour and human approval before external action — but we do not warrant that AI-generated content is accurate or complete.
The client is responsible for reviewing anything used externally, and for the instructions given to any approved human reviewer.
Intellectual property
Ownership of source code, configuration, customer data and reusable components is defined explicitly in each agreement. Nothing is assumed by default in either direction.
Reusable frameworks and internal tooling developed by Samlution may be reused across engagements unless the agreement states otherwise.
Data and confidentiality
Access to client systems follows least privilege. Data processing terms, retention rules, deletion procedures and incident response expectations are agreed before work involving client documents begins.
Where a client is subject to GDPR, UK GDPR, US state privacy laws or Vietnam's personal data protection law, the applicable obligations are reviewed before signature rather than after.
Personal data on this website
Inquiries sent through this site are handled as described in the privacy notice, which sets out what we collect, the lawful basis, retention and your rights. Consent to be contacted is recorded with each submission, together with the version of the notice in force at the time.
To exercise a right over your own data, write to [email protected]. Requests are free and answered within 30 days, or sooner where local law requires it.
Liability
Liability limits, exclusions and the governing law are set out in the signed agreement. This page is a summary and does not replace it.
