Samlution

Second industry

Agencies where client work is strong and internal process is improvised.

You are good at the craft. But onboarding, briefing and reporting still move through spreadsheets, chat threads and whichever tool someone opened last.

Where Agencies lose time

Three bottlenecks, one visible path

  1. Inquiry arrives: A form, an email or a referral — the moment interest becomes an opportunity.
  2. Client onboarding is rebuilt per client: Client onboarding is rebuilt per client The matched offer: AI Workflow Pilot.
  3. Briefs get lost between channels: Briefs get lost between channels The matched offer: Client Acquisition.
  4. Reporting eats delivery time: Reporting eats delivery time The matched offer: Business Knowledge Assistant.
  5. One approved output: Sources attached, permissions applied, and a person approving anything that leaves the firm.
Each bottleneck maps to an offer that already exists. The point is not to fix all three — it is to pick the one with a measurable cost and fix that first.

Profile

What these firms look like.

  • 5–30 people across account, creative and production roles
  • Multiple concurrent clients with different tools and expectations
  • Reporting and onboarding consume time that should go to billable work

Where it hurts

The three problems we hear most.

  • 01

Client onboarding is rebuilt per client

Every new account triggers the same scramble for briefs, assets, access and expectations.

  • 02

    Briefs get lost between channels

Requirements arrive across email, calls and chat, and the final brief is assembled from memory.

  • 03

    Reporting eats delivery time

Numbers are pulled manually from several platforms and pasted into a template every month.

How we help

Which engagement fits, and why.

These are the same three offers, applied to this industry. We usually recommend one first rather than a bundle.

First assessment

What we would look at in week one.

Before proposing anything, we need to understand the current process and its exceptions.
  • What happens between a signed scope and a client's first deliverable
  • How briefs are captured and where they end up
  • Which reports are produced manually each month
  • Which tools already hold the data we would need

What should change

  • A new client onboarded from one checklist instead of a search across channels
  • Monthly reporting assembled from a workflow rather than by hand
  • Inquiries qualified before they reach an account lead

We measure against a baseline taken before delivery. No percentage savings are quoted in advance.

Questions

Common questions from this industry.

What kind of firm is Samlution built for?
Boutique professional services firms of roughly 5–30 people: consulting firms and B2B marketing or creative agencies. Firms with real clients, repeatable processes and no internal engineering team.
Do you sell software or services?
Services first. We build and deliver systems for clients, then reuse what works across engagements. There is no self-service product to sign up for — the work is scoped and delivered by a person.
How does pricing work?
Fixed scope, fixed fee for projects and pilots. Projects are billed 50% upfront, 30% at milestone and 20% on acceptance. Managed services are billed monthly in advance, with AI usage allowances stated separately.
How quickly can we start?
A paid discovery call comes first. If the scope is clear after that, projects usually start within one to two weeks depending on current delivery commitments.
What happens to our data?
Your documents stay in storage you control. Access follows least privilege, data processing terms are agreed in writing where required, and the retention and deletion process is defined before ingestion begins.
