About
A small firm, deliberately.
How we choose what to build
The order is the difference
- The usual orderA platform is chosen first, then a problem is found for it. The tool dictates the process, and the process is what actually needed fixing.
- Process firstWe map how work moves today — steps, handoffs, exceptions — before proposing any software. No platform decision is made in this stage.
- Smallest systemThe cheapest intervention that moves the measured problem. If a tool you already own fits, that is the answer.
- Approval and evidenceA person approves anything that leaves the business, and the outcome is reported against a baseline taken before delivery.

Why we exist
The gap is between the process and the tools.
Professional services firms are not short of software. They are short of a system that matches how the work actually moves: how an inquiry becomes a proposal, where knowledge lives, and which steps still consume a person's day.
Most AI offers arrive as a tool looking for a problem — a chatbot on the website, an agent with broad access, a platform to migrate into. We take the opposite order: understand the process, choose the smallest intervention, and keep a person in control of anything that leaves the business.
That means we sometimes recommend a tool you already own, or no project at all. It is a shorter sales conversation and a better long-term one.
Positioning
We build the digital and AI systems behind better-running professional services businesses.
Not an AI automation agency. Not a website shop. A partner across acquisition, knowledge and delivery — with the scope to stop where the work ends.
We are
- Founder-led and direct
- Service-first, product later
- Explicit about exclusions
We are not
- A SaaS platform with a signup
- An offshore delivery team
- A source of invented case studies
Principles
Four rules we hold to.
Service first, product second
We deliver the work before packaging it. Reusable systems come from repeated delivery, not from a roadmap written in advance.
Human approval before external action
Anything that leaves the business — an email, a proposal, a CRM change — passes a person first. Automation handles preparation, not judgement.
Evidence over promises
We take a baseline, measure after delivery and report what actually changed. No percentage savings quoted before the work is done.
Scope you can read
Every proposal lists what is included and what is not. Surprises in delivery are a design failure, not a negotiation tactic.
Where we are
A young firm, stated plainly.
No client logos are displayed on this site, because none have been approved for publication yet. The demonstrations in Live Demos are built to show the pattern we deliver, not to imply a portfolio we have not earned.
Now — Foundation
Positioning, offers and the systems that make delivery repeatable. Two demonstrations built and published as demonstrations.
Next — First paid pilots
A small number of engagements where we can measure the outcome properly, document the cost, and decide what to productise.
Then — Standardise
Reusable ingestion, monitoring and approval patterns, so the second delivery costs less than the first.

Next step
Talk to the person doing the work.
No account manager layer. The first call and the delivery are the same conversation.
